Re-brand signals scale of ambition at 2ergo

2ergo, a leading provider of convergent mobile communications, has unveiled a new identity as part of its plans for scaling the business globally under a single brand.

The new look signals a step change for 2ergo, which has already undergone a significant period of expansion, branching out into North and South America, culminating with the business recording record financial results.

2ergo plans to build upon its success, seeking to take advantage of its position at the fore front of convergent mobile technology and to unify its current business operations under a single brand, and deliver a consistent customer experience to its global clients.

As part of the Plc’s growth plans Chris Brassington was appointed Managing Director of 2ergo Ltd in July 2007, to allow joint CEO’s and co-founders Neale Graham and Barry Sharples to focus on the Plc global acquisition strategy.
With over 20 years of IT, e-commerce and telecoms experience, Chris brings considerable experience of business growth within global organisations, building and leading high performing teams from his previously held senior management positions in blue chip companies including: Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGEY), BT, and NCR.

Since joining 2ergo, Chris has played a pivotal role working closely with the Plc Board in driving organic growth further and developing 2ergo’s business focus into the field of mobile marketing, entertainment and business solutions, whilst establishing the solid foundations to integrate future acquisitions under the new global brand.

Talking about the plans, he said: “The scale of ambition here at 2ergo is massive and immensely exciting.  With all the market stats predicting significant growth over the coming years, it’s great to be part of a well respected innovative business with so much potential. The Plc Board has a very clear growth strategy and my role is to ensure we continue our impressive organic growth and that strategic acquisitions are seamlessly integrated under our new global brand identity - to form a joined up business with a consistent customer experience.

Since forming in 1999, 2ergo has earned a reputation for its technical expertise which has enabled the group to team up with and become a leading provider of convergent mobile communications to some of the world’s most respected brands. 

As part of 2ergo’s global vision, the group plans to align its businesses across the UK, US and South America, unifying the group under a single brand, in order for 2ergo to become a recognised global business.

Its US arm, Proteus, will be rebranded as 2ergo during the summer as it attempts to become one of the world leaders in convergent mobile communications.
