This, the privacy statement of 2ergo Group plc ("2ergo"), discloses the information privacy practices for 2ergo website ("2ergo site").

Information Collection and Use

2ergo collects personally identifiable information ("PII") about you that you specifically and voluntarily provide. PII includes information that can identify you as a specific individual, such as your name, phone number or e-mail address. 2ergo collects PII when you register online (this does not include the mobile site) to receive 2ergo's Newsletters (containing all the latest news and information regarding 2ergo) or when you contact us online with your comments and enquiries. 2ergo will also occasionally collect PII through its marketing campaigns.

On all 2ergo site pages that collect PII 2ergo specifically describes what information is required in order to provide you with the information, product or service you have requested. 2ergo is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. 2ergo will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways other than as disclosed in this policy. 2ergo collects information from 2ergo site users at several different points and for various purposes as set out below.

Registration

You must register to receive 2ergo Newsletters and such other marketing information sent out by 2ergo. During registration you are required to give your contact information. If your registration request is approved you will receive confirmation, sent to your e-mail address provided. You will have the ability to stop receipt of further marketing information by following the "unsubscribe" process set out within the marketing material sent. Surveys

Occasionally 2ergo may offer site visitors an opportunity to participate in a survey. Information collected by 2ergo when you participate in a survey may include your name, e-mail address, phone number and employer.

Contacting 2ergo

2ergo collects PII such as your full name, e-mail address and contact number whenever you submit a question or suggestion to 2ergo, or request assistance.

Other Information Collected by 2ergo

2ergo collects certain technical information from your computer each time you request a page during a visit to the 2ergo site. This information is collected from your computer's web browser and may include your IP address, operating system, web browser software (i.e. Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer), and referrer website. IP addresses are not linked to PII. This information is collected for the purpose of assessing the effectiveness of the 2ergo site content and traffic. It allows 2ergo to improve the quality of your visit by streamlining your ability to navigate the site and developing featured programs and content that will be of interest to the 2ergo site's members and visitors.

Use of Your Information
Information collected on the 2ergo site may be used to send e-mail notifications to you or marketing information relating to the products and services of 2ergo or those of its partners, agents and subcontractors or simply to respond to any questions you have with information relating to your request. All PII is retained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

E-Mail Notifications

If you request information about 2ergo products and services, 2ergo may use your e-mail address to send you communications about surveys, contests or sweepstakes, promotions, special offers, company information or other opportunities with 2ergo and its partners. By making such requests you are agreeing to receive such information. However, we will always give you the opportunity to unsubscribe from receiving such information.

Sharing

2ergo will share aggregated demographic information with its partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. 2ergo may partner with other parties to provide specific products and services. When you sign up for these products or services 2ergo will share names or other contact information necessary for the third party to provide these products or services. These parties are not allowed to use PII except for the purpose of providing those products and services.

Please be aware that 2ergo is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. 2ergo encourages you to be aware of privacy practices when you leave the 2ergo site and to read the privacy statements of each web site that you access that collects PII. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by the 2ergo site.

Legal Obligations

2ergo may be required by law to disclose information you have provided when obtaining products or services from 2ergo or its partners. 2ergo may also disclose information relating to someone who poses a threat to 2ergo's interests or whose activities could bring harm to others.

Changes to the 2ergo's Privacy Statement

2ergo reserves the right to modify or amend this privacy statement at any time and for any reason. If 2ergo decides to change its privacy policy, 2ergo will post the revised policy on the 2ergo website so that users are always aware of what information is collected, how it is used and under what circumstances, if any, it may be disclosed. Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised policy on the website. If at any point 2ergo decides to use PII in a manner other than as stated at the time of its collection, 2ergo will notify users by way of an e-mail. You will have a choice as to whether or not to allow 2ergo to use PII in this different manner. 2ergo will use PII in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected or as subsequently agreed with you.
