Neale Graham
CEO/Founder
Neale has an extensive background in running telecommunication,
software development and marketing organisations. He has
successfully built and operated businesses within the information
technology and telecommunications sectors for over 25 years. Neale
has led 2ergo since its incorporation in 1999 and as Chief
Executive Officer leads the overall Group strategy.
Jill Collighan
Group Finance Director
Jill qualified as a chartered certified accountant in 1994,
initially joining Lathams before leaving to set up her own
accountancy consultancy business. Jill has worked with 2ergo since
2002 and has been a director since 2004. She now has executive
responsibility for finance, human resources and investor
relations.
David Traynor
Director
David joined 2ergo in April 2002. Prior to joining 2ergo he held
a variety of technical, commercial and consultancy positions within
Project Telecom plc, Willow Starcom ltd, Logitek plc and British
Aerospace plc. He has been a Director of 2ergo ltd since 2002.
Ariya Priyasantha
Product and Innovations Director
Over the last 16 years, Ariya (also known as Pri) has worked in
product management roles and created new businesses in mobile
marketing. After spending time working at MoD (DRA) on the
Typhoon Fighter Aircraft, and for Fujitsu as a consultant for HA
advanced systems, in 1996 he created his first business providing
consultancy services to customers such as TXU Energy and Avon
Cosmetics. In 2001, he started Activemedia Technologies which
pioneered mobile marketing in India - launching the first
nationwide shortcode in 2001, and in the UK launched the first and
most successful mobile loyalty project in the world in 2004 -
Orange Wednesdays, and its subsequent rollout into Europe. Pri is
passionate about product innovation - and is a thought leader on
mobile loyalty. Pri holds a 1st class MEng degree from York
University.
Andrew Fickling
Technical and Operations Director
A graduate in computer science and media, and former Sunday
Times 'Top 40 under 40' media professional, Andrew has extensive
technical and general management experience, gained across both
private and public business. Former CEO of Sport Media Group plc,
Andrew joined 2ergo in March 2012 and has strategic and operational
responsibility for the company's solutions delivery, development
and support functions.
Jim Beddows
Director and Senior Vice President of Global Business Development
and Strategy
Over the last sixteen years, Jim Beddows has been creating new
businesses, business models and content-service offerings in
digital media for The Walt Disney Company, 20thCentury
Fox, Microsoft and 2ergo. As regional managing director, he
launched the first mobile services for a Hollywood Studio (Disney)
in 1998 with NTT DoCoMo in Japan. As founder and vice president of
20th Century Fox mobile entertainment, Jim oversaw both
creative and business strategies to translate the studio's most
iconic properties to the mobile space. At Microsoft, Jim was Head
of Content and Application Partnerships for MSN Mobile which
launched in 2007 and quickly ramped to 15 million off-deck unique
users in the US and went live in 17 international markets. As
Senior Vice President for Business Development and Strategy, he has
established 2ergo's relationship with Microsoft and its Innovation
Outreach Program community.
