VoucherNet consists of multiple modules for campaign creation, management, coupon and ticketing redemption and reporting. The modules can be divided into different elements.

Voucher Issuance
Our range of customer acquisition tools to engage customers through a variety of mobile phone text-in mechanics. Customers who text-in become part of a mobile CRM database which can then be segmented for marketing purposes over time.

Campaign Management
Create, modify, track and manage all your mobile voucher campaigns in real time. You can assign multiple promotional offers to each campaign you create. Offers are individual discount vouchers or coupons that can be requested for redemption.

Redemption Networks
A redemption point can be cash till EPOS systems, standalone behind-the-till GPRS enabled unit or hand-held scanner. Redemption points are grouped together into a redemption networks than can be remotely managed.

Voucher Redemption Tools
2ergo provides a complete set of voucher redemption tools enabling easy redemption of electronic (mobile and email) coupons at the point of sale/entry. 2ergo offer EPOS integration, behind-the-till units and hand-held scanners. Issued coupons can also be printed for manual redemption. 

Consumer Management
VoucherNet offers functionality for the management of individual customers, for example deleted coupons.

Customer Self Management Tools
A set of tools allow customers to manage their own vouchers, using online and mobile systems.
