Natural Response is a revolutionary speech-powered natural language processing technology designed to help callers achieve a variety of tasks and transactions using free conversation.  The responses provided by the system 'feel' natural to a caller and create a reaction in callers, which is emotional and positive. 

Callers are not presented with menus and scripts and can express their requirements and intentions right from the start of a call. This creates a call experience that is very appealing to most callers in most circumstances.

Natural Response  is unique in the way it combines an understanding of client data and natural language rules – achieved through the Natural Response Dialogue Processor (NRDP). The NRDP has inherent skills and behaviour that enables a Natural Response powered application to converse with a caller in a very natural and conversational manner.
