VoucherNet in Action

How Mobile Couponing & Ticketing Works

Switching your sales promotion strategy to mobile allows the selection of multiple issuance and redemption opportunities. Issuing mobile coupons and vouchers is the easy part; the real magic and business benefit of a mobile campaign is in the redemption of the coupon.

VoucherNet has multiple issuance and redemption options that are scalable to different business and campaign sizes.

Coupon Issuance

  1. Inbound SMS - Customers request coupons by sending an inbound SMS with a keyword to an SMS shortcode.
  2. Outbound SMS or Email - Vouchers can be integrated into outbound direct marketing campaigns.
  3. Web Integrated - Customers send coupons to their mobile rather than printing. Campaigns can be made viral by allowing users to forward offers to friend's mobile phones.

Coupon Redemption

  1. EPOS Integration - VoucherNet is an API-based platform allowing for easy EPOS integrating into any provider.
  2. Behind-the-Till Units (BTT) - GPRS connected dedicated redemption units.
  3. Web Browser - A white label web form service.
  4. Inbound SMS - Redemptions can be authenticated via an inbound SMS with a return SMS accepting the coupon.
  5. Mobile Application - A mobile application installed to a standard mobile phone allowing the phone's built-in camera to be used to scan barcodes or redeem coupons.
  6. Hand Scanner - A mobile device with built-in barcode scanner to redeem vouchers.
  7. Printed List - A list of live coupons can be printed for manual redemption should your business need a backup.
